# Card Terms & Conditions

By applying for, activating, or using a MidasVault Credit Card, you agree to be bound by
\
these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all MidasVault Credit Cards, including
\
those provided in partnership with third-party providers. Please read them carefully.

## Acceptance of Terms

By using the MidasVault Credit Card, you accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as the
\
MidasVault Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the card.

## Card Application and Information

To apply for a MidasVault Credit Card, you must submit personal information (e.g., name,
\
address, financial details) to MidasVault and, where applicable, third-party providers for
\
credit evaluation and billing purposes. You warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete. MidasVault and third parties may use this information to process your
\
application and manage your account.

## Card Usage

1. You may use the MidasVault Credit Card for authorized transactions, subject to available credit and third-party provider terms.
2. The card remains the property of MidasVault or the third-party provider and must be
   \
   returned or destroyed upon request.
3. You are responsible for all transactions made with the card, including unauthorized use
   \
   unless reported promptly.

## Fees and Charges

Fees, including activation fees, annual fees, and transaction fees, may apply as outlined
\
during application or in your card agreement. Additional charges may be imposed by thirdparty providers. MidasVault will notify you of any changes to fees with reasonable notice.

## Transaction Data

All transaction data (e.g., amount, merchant, date) will be stored by MidasVault and the
\
card provider for security, compliance, and service improvement purposes. You consent to
\
this storage as part of using the card.

## Liability and Disputes

* MidasVault and third-party providers are not liable for losses due to unauthorized use
  \
  unless caused by our negligence.
* Disputes should be reported to MidasVault support within 30 days of the transaction
  \
  date. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

## Termination

MidasVault or the third-party provider may suspend or terminate your card access at any
\
time for breach of these terms, fraud, or legal requirements. You may terminate use by
\
destroying the card and notifying MidasVault.
