This MidasVault Crypto card Agreement are important as they collectively form a legally binding agreement between you, the holder of Card (“you”, the “Cardholder” or the “Client”), and us, (“MidasVault” or “We”), for the use of MidasVault Crypto card, It also sets out other important things that you need to know. The Client acknowledges and agrees that by registering for, accessing, or using the Services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and all related policies, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and any applicable supplemental terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Platform or Services.
MidasVault Crypto card is a prepaid card that supports users to directly top-up USD amount using USDT and selected cryptocurrenc(ies). MidasVault offers Visa card, Mastercard and Discover card. Client can choose the type of card, and it can be used for online platforms globally that support payment (such as Amazon, Ebay, etc.). Some cards can be linked to Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Line Pay for offline payment scenarios.

There is recharge fee.
There is monthly limit and recharge limit case by case minimum recharge amount.
Users have the ability to withdraw any unused balances within the Crypto card account using USDT or merchant platform tokens.
There is minimum amount that can be redeemed.
The shortest time interval allowed for redemption is 48 hours.
MidasVault may setup and adjust, in its sole discretion, the maximum number of certain Crypto Card type issued, the Monthly Limit and Card Limit for risk control and regulatory compliance purposes from time to time. Any payment exceeding such Monthly Limit and shall be rejected.
All MidasVault Crypto Card remain the property of the Service Provider and must be returned upon request. The Service Provider may cancel, revoke, repossess or restrict the use of the Crypto Card at any time. MidasVault may decline to authorize or reverse charges or suspend Crypto Card for any reason including violation of this Agreement, suspected fraud, or creditworthiness. MidasVault also may decline to authorize Transactions at merchants characterized by the Service Provider. MidasVault is not responsible for losses resulting from declined or reversed Transactions.
If Service Provider determines that the Client’s Crypto Card receives, or is likely to receive, a disproportionately high number of declined transactions, reversals, refunds, disputes, fees or other liability, the Client may be subject to certain handling fee upon notice via email. The Client agrees to terminate the use of the Services if it does not agree to such fees or charges.
The card account itself is protected by a sophisticated bank-level security system, ensuring full protection of funds. Every time a user initiates a CVV or address information request, it undergoes secure verification. Users can also easily cancel their Crypto card and return the balance to their own encrypted wallet after security verification. We do not recommend that users share their CVV code under any circumstances.
The Client shall be responsible for securing account credentials, MidasVault Crypto Card numbers and security features (including the CVV and PIN, if any). The Client shall be responsible for charges, fees and penalties resulting from any client’s failure to exercise reasonable care in safeguarding MidasVault Crypto cards from loss or theft, failure to promptly report loss or theft. If the Client uses or allows someone else to use the Crypto Card for any other purpose, the Client will be responsible for such use and may be required to reimburse MidasVault and the Service Provider for all amounts or expenses paid by such entities as a result of such use. The Client understands that it is its responsibility to monitor any suspicious or unauthorized activities on the MidasVault Crypto Card. The Client understands that it is liable for the unauthorized use of the MidasVault Crypto Card to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
By opening an account with MidasVault, you warrant and represent that:
You are at least 18 years of age or otherwise legally competent to enter into a binding contract;
You are not subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions that prohibit your use of the Services;
You are the lawful owner of all Digital Assets or funds used in connection with your MidasVault Account;
You are not accessing the Services from a jurisdiction that is subject to sanctions or embargoes by the United Nations, United States, European Union, or other competent authority; and
You are using the Services solely for your own benefit and not on behalf of any third party.
To access the Services, you must complete the registration process and submit all required information and documentation for identity verification, source of funds validation, and compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) obligations.
We may perform electronic identity verification checks directly or through third-party vendors. You hereby authorise us to carry out such verification activities at any time.
MidasVault reserves the right to reject any application for registration or suspend, restrict, or terminate any existing account where the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or fails our due diligence assessments.
By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your Personal Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Notices and account communications shall be delivered electronically via email, mobile app notifications, or through the Platform. You accept the risks associated with electronic communications.
The Services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MidasVault disclaims all liability for:
(i) Loss of profits, data, or business;
(ii) Errors, delays, or system interruptions;
(iii) Acts of third-party service providers.
Our total liability shall in no event exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
